• Online Resources: Offers a range of online tools and information, including guides on dealing with eviction, improving living conditions, and securing stable housing.
• Confidential Helpline: Provides a confidential helpline for immediate advice and support on housing-related issues.
• Face-to-Face Services: Offers in-person support through local advice centers and outreach services.
• Advocacy and Public Awareness: Engages in advocacy efforts to raise awareness about homelessness and promote policies that support affordable housing and protect vulnerable populations.
